Corporate Planning: CiRCA is a one-of-a-kind nightclub and entertainment venue. Located at 126 John Street, in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District, the four-storey, 55,000 square foot state-of-the-art space is an arts, music, entertainment, and fashion event-space unlike anything else in the world.
With an overall venue capacity of 2,800 guests, CiRCA’s main floor features a large dance floor and grand stage, backed by a DJ booth and DJ VIP area. Towering above the dance floor are three more floors, featuring undulating balconies that provide a clear view of the action below. CiRCA can easily accommodate multiple events, with each floor offering a number of highly distinct areas.
CiRCA will function as an entertainment venue and nightclub on weekends and host a rich itinerary of corporate and cultural events throughout the week.

EVENT SERVICES
Your CiRCA Event Manager will be the liaison
between you, your audio-visual company, caterers,
and any other services you may require. They will
assist you in planning your event and will be pleased
to provide referrals regarding service requirements
such as:
- full-service event planning
- valet parking
- flowers
- decor
- dj
- entertainment
ONSITE SERVICES
SECURITY
Due to the nature of some events, special security
provisions may be required for move-in, move-
out and the event itself. Upon your request and
prior to your event, your CiRCA Event Manager
can arrange for security guards, to minimize the
problem of unauthorized attendees. The cost
of a security guard is $35.00 per hour (4 hour
minimum).
LABOUR SERVICES
If you require assistance hanging banners,
setting up displays, etc staff can be provided
for $20.00 per hour (4 hour minimum).
COAT CHECK
CiRCA’s coat check is on the first floor, adjacent to
The Washroom Bar. If you require a coat check,
there are two options available. A hosted coat check
can be provided for $20.00/hour (4 hour minimum)
per attendant. We recommend one (1) attendant
per 100 guests. If you prefer a cash coat check,
please consult your CiRCA Event Manager.
CATERING
Please speak to our Event Manager regarding our Preferred Caterers List
Our Preferred Caterers represent the best catering that Toronto has to offer. These companies have
many years of experience and we are confident that
they will be able to complement any event at CiRCA.
All of the caterers will be more than happy to submit
a proposal for your event, and will invoice you
directly for any catering charges. A 15% Landmark
Fee, based on food and services, will be included
in your catering invoice on behalf of CiRCA. If you
choose to use a caterer other than one of CiRCA’s
Preferred Caterers, you will be charged a 20%
Landmark Fee.
RENTALS
Our Preferred Suppliers for rentals for all catered
events are Chairman Mills and Exclusive Affair
Rentals. Rental orders can be arranged through
your caterer.
CiRCA is a fully licensed facility, as granted by
the A.G.C.O. CiRCA will provide the alcoholic
and non-alcoholic beverages for your event, as
well as bar staff. You may select a host bar or a
cash bar arrangement.
VEHICLE DISPLAY
CiRCA’s Main Dance Floor offers an excellent
showcase for small to large size vehicles. Please
contact your CiRCA Event Manager for further
details and restrictions.
AUDIO VISUAL
CiRCA’s in-house technician must be present at all
events requiring audio visual equipment and this
service will be billed to the client at a rate of $45/
hour.
For additional audio visual assistance, CiRCA’s
Preferred Audio (Towers Clair Showco.) provides
equipment rental, sales, full installation and design
to special event, live entertainment and venue-
based clients across Canada.
If for any reason you choose not to use Towers Clair Showco, please contact your CiRCA Event
Manager for terms and conditions regarding outside
audio-visual companies.
SOCAN SERVICE
On behalf of the Society of Composers, Authors
and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN), CiRCA
is required by Federal Law to collect a fee from the
Licensee if any music, live or pre-recorded, is played
at any event at CiRCA. The tariff for an event without
dancing is $92.64, an event with dancing $185.28,
both including GST. For more information, please

NO SMOKING POLICY
We are pleased to offer a non-smoking environment.
It is recommended that your guests be made aware
of this prior to your event. However, we do offer an
outdoor smoking patio.
 WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE
Circa is fully wheelchair accessible. Private bathrooms, two elevators and ramps throughout.
